{"id":8156,"date":"2022-03-01T21:12:37","date_gmt":"2022-03-02T01:12:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archivodenoticias.cl\/?p=8156"},"modified":"2022-03-01T21:12:37","modified_gmt":"2022-03-02T01:12:37","slug":"camara-despacha-al-senado-reforma-para-favorecer-cercania-de-domicilio-con-locales-de-votacion-en-plebiscito-constitucional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archivodenoticias.cl\/archivo\/2022\/03\/01\/camara-despacha-al-senado-reforma-para-favorecer-cercania-de-domicilio-con-locales-de-votacion-en-plebiscito-constitucional\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00e1mara despacha al Senado reforma para favorecer cercan\u00eda de domicilio con locales de votaci\u00f3n en plebiscito constitucional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La C\u00e1mara de Diputados aprob\u00f3 este martes, en el regreso del Congreso de su receso legislativo, el proyecto de reforma constitucional que\u00a0<strong>privilegia la cercan\u00eda al domicilio del elector en la asignaci\u00f3n del local de votaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0para el plebiscito constitucional o plebiscito de salida.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa cont\u00f3 con la aprobaci\u00f3n de 135 diputados, y busca modificar la normativa electoral vigente, la cual\u00a0<strong>no permitir\u00eda que las personas acudan a su local de votaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s cercano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, pues en la actual Carta Magna se se\u00f1ala que \u00abal efecto de este plebiscito, se aplicar\u00e1n las disposiciones pertinentes contenidas en los siguientes cuerpos legales, en su texto vigente al 1 de enero de 2020\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Es por esto que, se busca fortalecer el ejercicio de la soberan\u00eda en la participaci\u00f3n electoral del pr\u00f3ximo plebiscito, estableciendo una regla calificada de excepcional, en la cual se respeta el cumplimiento de las normas ya fijadas. No obstante lo anterior,\u00a0<strong>se incorporan las que favorecen la cercan\u00eda de los locales de votaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, se agrega el siguiente art\u00edculo transitorio en la actual Constituci\u00f3n: \u00abSin perjuicio de las normas aplicables al plebiscito constitucional de acuerdo a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 143, en remisi\u00f3n a los incisos cuarto a sexto del art\u00edculo 130, se aplicar\u00e1n excepcionalmente las normas contenidas en la Ley 21.385\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora el proyecto\u00a0<strong>deber\u00e1 ser discutido y
