{"id":8030,"date":"2022-03-01T12:44:29","date_gmt":"2022-03-01T16:44:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archivodenoticias.cl\/?p=8030"},"modified":"2022-03-01T12:44:29","modified_gmt":"2022-03-01T16:44:29","slug":"excomandante-fuente-alba-recurre-al-tc-para-suspender-investigacion-en-su-contra-por-fraude-en-el-ejercito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archivodenoticias.cl\/archivo\/2022\/03\/01\/excomandante-fuente-alba-recurre-al-tc-para-suspender-investigacion-en-su-contra-por-fraude-en-el-ejercito\/","title":{"rendered":"Excomandante Fuente-Alba recurre al TC para suspender investigaci\u00f3n en su contra por fraude en el Ej\u00e9rcito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El excomandante en Jefe del Ej\u00e9rcito,\u00a0<strong>Juan Miguel Fuente-Alba<\/strong>, procesado por malversaci\u00f3n de caudales p\u00fablicos en el contexto del caso \u201cMilicogate\u201d, present\u00f3 un\u00a0<strong>recurso de inaplicabilidad ante el Tribunal Constitucional<\/strong>\u00a0orientado a detener la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 radio Biob\u00edo, la defensa del exmilitar se jug\u00f3 una de sus \u00faltimas cartas para dejar sin efecto la investigaci\u00f3n que encabeza la ministra en visita Romy Rutherford, quien investiga paralelamente mas de 30 aristas de un caso referido a la defraudaci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de recursos fiscales al interior del Ej\u00e9rcito, caso que tiene a tres excomandantes en Jefe de esa rama castrense ya procesados:<strong>\u00a0Fuente-Alba, Oscar Izurieta y Humberto Oviedo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A los anteriormente mencionados, podr\u00eda sumarse el\u00a0<strong>actual comandante en Jefe Ricardo Mart\u00ednez Menenteau<\/strong>, quien podr\u00eda convertirse en el primer jefe de la instituci\u00f3n en ser procesado en el ejercicio de su cargo, toda vez que reci\u00e9n ser\u00eda reemplazado el pr\u00f3ximo 9 de marzo por el general Javier Iturriaga del Campo, quien se desempe\u00f1a como jefe del Estado Mayor Conjunto.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente-Alba adem\u00e1s es investigado por el\u00a0<strong>delito de lavado de activos<\/strong>, causa en la que tambi\u00e9n es investigada su c\u00f3nyuge,\u00a0<strong>Ana Mar\u00eda Pinochet<\/strong>.
